The Second (2nd) Language and Communication Postgraduates International Seminar (LCPIS) was organized successfully by the Post Graduates Students’ Society of Language Academy (PGSS LA). The seminar was directed by Mr. Mohammad Ali Moslehifar, an LA PhD candidate together with his team guided and advised by the PGSS LA advisor, Dr. Aminabibi Bte Saidalvi. The 2nd LCPIS is a continuation of the seminar organized by LA in 2017. This seminar however has received participations not only from UTM students but from other universities around the world, with the total of 84 papers with various interesting topics. The uniqueness of this seminar is the inclusion of skype presentation alongside live presentation through parallel sessions. All presentations were properly monitored and assessed by experienced lecturers. At the end of the seminar, 3 best paper presenters as well as best skype presenters were selected. This one-day seminar is seen as an effort to prepare for a platform were great ideas were shared through intellectual discussions amongst students and lecturers.
