It is shocking the rate at which we see many your professionals (and even older ones too) who are unable to write an email that will not offend the receiving party in some way – from the juvenile or offensive tone, to the utter lack of decorum or format. This problem is all to real in today’s business world. This lesson will highlight some of the problems that exist in emailing and will go through how to write a proper email, especially within a professional setting.

I am a lecturer in the Language Academy, specialising in language teaching and teacher training. I have various interests in a few fields concerning language. Among them would be historical linguistics, applied linguistics, second language acquisition, ESL teaching and teacher training, and drama in education.
