A. General Important Guidelines
1. Please be informed that the virtual platform used for VLCPIS 2021 is WebEx. Please make sure you are able to access WebEx to participate in the seminar.
2. Due to the online nature of the seminar, all paper presenters MUST submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation. The video will be played during the presenter’s session. Please upload your video to the “Recorded PowerPoint Presentation Submission” Google Form.
3. As the seminar is around the corner, the presentation schedule for all presenters will be updated on the VLCPIS 2021 Recorded Presentation page. Kindly check the time and slot that you will be involved as well as the WebEx link for joining the seminar. Please note that the schedule for paper presentations is final, but it may be subject to changes for administrative reasons. Also, due to the large number of papers, we are unable to accept requests for the change of presentation slots.
4. Any change to the presentation schedule will be informed via this VLCPIS 2021 official website. Kindly check the VLCPIS 2021 Recorded Presentation page for the latest updates and announcements.
5. Every presenter will be given a total of 20 minutes for the session, which includes 15 minutes for the presentation and another 5 minutes for Q&A. Make sure to stick to the 15-minute time limit.
