Extended Abstract Submission
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR EXTENDED ABSTRACT?
Note: Kindly please read the instructions to help you with your writing.
1. Write an extended abstract based on your submitted abstract.
2. The extended abstract should be written in a shorter form than the full article and should follow the abstract structure.
3. It should include sections of abstract and keywords, an introduction and objective(s), method, findings and discussion, conclusion, and implications.
4. It should be written in Times New Roman font, with single line spacing and a font size of 11.
5. The extended abstract can contain figures, tables, formulations or images.
6.The page margins are 2.5 cm wide on the right, left, top, and bottom.
7. The line’s end should be aligned to the right, with no syllable segmentation.
8. The length of extended abstract should not exceed 5 pages, including references, and the pages should not be numbered.
9. The current literature on the subject of the work should be examined, and the differences of the said work and previous works, as well as similar works, should be clearly presented in the introduction section.

11.Once your extended abstract is complete, register and upload it (in Word format) to the Extended Abstract Submission Form.
12. Make sure you’re logged in to your Gmail account before uploading your files.
13. It is up to the main editors to decide which of the extended abstracts submitted to VLCPIS 2021 should be published. They may be guided by the seminar’s editorial board’s policies and constrained by the legal requirements in effect at the time regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. In making this decision, the main editors may consult with topic editors or reviewers.
