This course provides a broad practical knowledge in the field of quality management providing graduates with the capability to apply these concepts in an educational environment. The course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding and focuses on Total Quality Management (TQM), strategic quality management, performance management and quality improvement alongside relevant tools, techniques, models and frameworks.
