Paper & Product Profile Submission
Please register and make the payment using the following link (https://humanities.utm.my/tvetic2023/conference-fees/) before proceeding to the next steps.
1) Instructions for Full Paper Submission (Through EasyChair)
| 1 | Click on TVETIC 2023 full Paper Submission. Login using your existing EasyChair account or sign up for an EasyChair account if you don’t have one. |
| 2 | Click on the “make a new submission” as your role of an author. |
| 3 | Pleas refer the TVETIC 2023 Full Paper Submission Instruction before you proceed. |
| 4 | Fill in the required information accurately and completely. |
| 5 | While English is preferred, you can also write and present in Bahasa Malaysia |
| 6 |
The Full Paper must be in Word file (.doc or .docx) according to this template file (Full Paper Template) |
| 7 | After reviewing process, “Notification of Acceptance” will ne notified through Easychair |
2) Full Paper Presentation: Face-to-face and Pre-Recorded

Paper presentations will be conducted in two ways: face-to-face and virtual. Please note that presenters who submit a pre-recorded video presentation will automatically be classified as virtual presenters. |

If you choose to present virtually, please create a pre-recorded video of your PowerPoint presentation for the paper submitted to the conference’s EasyChair system. |

The duration of the video presentation should be between 7 to 10 minutes. |
| 4 |
During the parallel sessions of the conference, your pre-recorded video will be played with the main author (virtual) present for the Question-and-Answer session. |

Kindly upload your video through EasyChair during the submission of the full paper. |

Please ensure that your video file size does not exceed 100MB. |

3) Instruction for Product Profile Submission
| 1 | Click on TVETIC 2023 Product Profile Submission. |
| 2 | Please refer to the TVETIC 2023 Product Profile Submission Instruction before you proceed |
| 3 | Fill in the required information accurately and completely |
| 4 | While English is preferred, you can also write and present in Bahasa Malaysia |
| 5 |
The product profile must be in Word file (doc. or docx.) with minimum 3 pages according to this template file (Product Profile template) |
| 6 | The product pitching video must be upload on Youtube with public viewing. The duration of the video should be between 2 – 3 minutes only |
| 7 | After reviewing process, “Notification of Acceptance” will be notified. |
