Join POCE 2024!
Your accepted paper will be included in the proceedings of the Postgraduate Conference in Education (POCE 2024).
Registration is required upon acceptance of your paper for POCE 2024. The registration deadline is 15th August 2024.
Papers can be written and presented in either English or Bahasa Malaysia.
STEP 1: Abstract Submission
Download the appropriate template for your submission:
Template for Work in Progress
- Ongoing research or projects that are still in development. It allows authors to share preliminary findings, methodologies, or conceptual frameworks
Template for Concept Paper
- A concept paper introduces a novel idea, theoretical model, or innovative approach in education. It presents a well-argued proposition or hypothesis without necessarily providing extensive empirical evidence.
Template for Research Paper
- Research papers present completed studies with fully developed methodologies, data analysis, and conclusions. These papers contribute new knowledge to the field through empirical research, systematic literature reviews, or in-depth case studies.

STEP 2: Full Paper and Video Submission

Authors must submit their full papers using the provided Google Form link:

STEP 3: Registration and Payment
Please notify us of your payment of the RM50 (Ringgit Malaysia) fee through 8006053536 (Bendahari UTM) (CIMB BANK) and send your proof of payment before 15th August 2024 using this Google Form link: https://forms.gle/dEKKeTncuycWG4Kp8
To register, complete the provided Google Form and upload a clear image of your payment receipt in the designated field. Please indicate “POCE 2024” as the payment reference. This ensures that your registration is properly processed and identified.
STEP 4: Preparing Video Presentation
Presentation Format (Pre-recorded and Non-Parallel)
1. The conference will be held on 9th September 2024.
2. Keynote sessions will be conducted through the Webex online platform. A live broadcast will also be available on the School of Education’s Facebook page to facilitate Q&A sessions. Webex: [WEBEX LINK] Facebook: [FACEBOOK LINK].
3. Participants’ presentations will be accessible on the POCE 2024 website: [WEBSITE LINK]. Presenters are required to upload their pre-recorded presentation videos to YouTube (set to public view) in advance. These videos will be available for conference participants to view under the “Presentation” tab on the website.
