A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Yayasan Pelajaran Johor (YPJ) and also the Johor State Education Department (PPNJ) to strengthen the use of English language in the state of Johor.<\/em><\/p>\n
