UMRAN – Journal of Islamic and Civilizational Studies (EISSN 2289-8204) is an online refereed journal published by UTM Press and managed by Islamic Civilization Academy, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

UMRAN firstly published online articles in 2014 with a frequency of three (3) issues per year (March, July and November). It serves as a platform for academics, practitioners, and researchers to publish research findings and disseminate knowledge related to Islamic and Civilizational Studies. This Journal aims to foster academic excellence in the subject area.
