MEMBERSHIP

Membership  types:

• Ordinary Members: Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above regardless of religion and race involved in education matters including students, teachers, lecturers, parents and staff who have been or are serving in government or private schools, educational institutions, universities, education officers and other related educational departments.
• Associate members: Individuals other than those mentioned in (a) and with the support of ordinary members.
• Institutional Members: All educational institutions, such as schools, institutes of learning and universities.
• Honorary Members: People who have excellently contributed to education or have advocated the activities of ISEI may be elected as honorary members, by recommendation of the members of ISEI Committee and agreed at the Annual General Meeting for a period of two (2) years.

Every application to be a member shall fill in the application form and shall be proposed and supported by an ISEI member and sent to the Honorary Secretary.

The Honorary Secretary shall process the membership application and forward it for the consideration of the Working Committee. The Working Committee is entitled to reject an application for membership without any reason.
